BCWA Young People Support Group (January 2025)

Bromley and Croydon Women’s Aid’s (BCWA) Young People’s Support Group is returning in February and referrals are now open. Full details are listed below. 

What? A Support Group for Domestic Abuse survivors

What happens during the sessions? BCWA will explore a new topic each week around healthy relationships, abuse, control, consent and wellbeing.

Who for? Women, girls and non-binary folk aged 16-24, living in Bromley/Croydon, who have experienced abuse.

How long does it run? 6 weeks, every Thursday, starting the 27th February.

Dates? Thursday  27th February - Thursday 3rd April.

Time? 11:30am - 1pm

Can I bring my child? No - the Children's Centres are unable to offer their usual crèche until the new financial year at the earliest.

How do I refer myself? Please email training@bcwa.org.uk to say you'd like to join or call our mainline: 020 8313 9303.

How to refer someone else? Fill in this referral form and send back to training@bcwa.org.uk.

Who is running it? Emma, a Training and Engagement officer from BCWA. She will be in contact when the referral is received. Emma will send reminder texts each week to the client. She is also available to answer any questions too.

Location? In-person in Penge - location given to client when referral is received.

Anything else? Free tea and coffee and snacks provided!
